At Exxon and ExxonMobil, Pat worked in R&D, Engineering and Refinery Operations in the areas of Catalytic Cracking, Reforming and Hydroprocessing. His experience in catalytic cracking includes catalyst development/selection, process modeling, unit troubleshooting, technology selection and implementation, project cold eyes reviews, turnaround inspection, startup, course development/teaching, emissions reduction and commercial testing.  He was the Americas cat cracking technical committee coordinator and represented ExxonMobil at industry and regulatory forums including an NPRA Q&A meeting as the FCC panel member.
