At Monsanto/Lyondell, Solon held a series of high level management and technical positions, mostly in the olefins and aromatics businesses. When he retired in 2009, Solon was a Lyondell Fellow with technical responsibilities for ethylene, butadiene, isoprene and aromatics. Solon has worked in a total of 12 installations.
At TTC, Solon continues to concentrate on ethylene, butadiene, isoprene and aromatics for revamps, optimization, advanced control and process schools.
